If you have booked a long transfer we will suggest some stops on the way. Your English speaking driver/guide will be pleased to show you around and introduce you to famous landmarks of the region. -

How can we make a transfer booking?
Just indicated your departure point and drop off location in the search bar. You will also need to indicate the number of travelers as well as the time you would like to be picked up. You will also have the possibility to indicate airline, train information if necessary and number of luggage pieces for the transfer. -
What type of vehicles are used during your transfers in France?
We only use premium cars or minivans. Most of the vehicles are also equipped with Wifi and will have bottled water at your disposal. In some destinations you can also request a transfer by Tesla, our team will confirm wherever this is possible. -
Where will we meet our driver at the airport?
At most airports, the drivers will be aiting for you after the luggage claim area. All drivers will have a sign bearing lead traveler name. All details concerning the meeting point with your driver are included on your reservation confirmation e-mail. -
What happens if we cannot find our driver?
If for any reason you are unable to find your driver, please call the contact number that is provided on your confirmation email or reservation. -
Do your drivers speak English or any other languages?
Yes, all services that we provide are with English speaking drivers. For other languages you will need to reach out to our team of transfer specialists who will let you know if the requested language is possible for your transfer. -
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, don't hesitate to reach out to our team and we will take care of including a child seat for your transfer if needed. Please note that if you are traveling with an infant, it is highly recommended that you bring a car seat that is adapted to the age of your child. In France, it is compulsory to have children travel in child seats from baby until the age of 10 or 36 kilograms (16 pounds). -
Is the price per person or per group?
As we only provide private transfers, all prices are per group / car. We do not have any price per person for our transfer services. -
Is the indicated price, the final price?
Yes, absolutely. The price you pay for the service is the final price. There will be no extra fees. All taxes, tolls parking have been included in the final price. -
Do we have to tip the driver?
Tipping in France is not compulsory. If you feel that you have been given a great service and would like to tip the driver, the amount should be in proportion to the level of service.
