Pick up at your Cruise Ship in Cannes or Antibes

First, we will come and pick you up at your Cruise Port in Cannes or Antibes. Then, meet your English speaking driver-guide who will go over the itinerary and program of the day with you. Board your air-conditioned vehicle and begin to make your way inland French Riviera on this private tour.

Admire the beauty of the scenery at the Loup River Canyon

The Loup River, a real jewel of the French Riviera, has its source in the town of Andon and then flows into the Mediterranean Sea. As you enter Bar Sur Loup, the narrow road makes its way in the Loup Canyon carved out in the Grass Mountain Range. As you drive through the Gorges, pass numerous tunnels and bridges and admire the amazing landscape with admirable views at each curve. Nor far from here is the small town of Grass, the world capital of perfume. Another famous location is the Fragonard Perfume factory where local perfumes are still produced daily.

Visit the hilltop village of Gourdon

Then reach the village of Gourdon that sits on the edge of a Rocky Spur above the River Loup. The village is dotted with tiny shops and art galleries but is also home to one of the most famous Candy making Factory named Florian. Enjoy breathtaking views of Gourdon. The village is rated as one of the “Plus beaux villages de France” (most beautiful villages of France) classification, and well deserves its title. The castle originated as a Saracen fortress in the 9th-12th centuries that evolved into a 13th-century castle and was completely rebuilt in 1610. After a short guided tour of the village, enjoy some free time for personal discovery. After the visit, it will be time to return to your ship in Cannes or Antibes and that will be the end of our services.

Other possible Shore Excursions from Antibes and Cannes

If you are in Cannes for longer than one day we organize different day trips from Cannes or Antibes that will take you to the medieval villages of Tourettes Sur Loup, Saint Paul de Vence, and many others.
